Dashboard rattle

Hello guys !
I have a really annoying problem in my car and I would need your help to sort it out.
I have a rattle coming from the driver side (car is LHD) coming from the bottom of the dashboard.
I tried to remove the panels next to my foot and when I apply pressure on what seems to be a hard plastic box (heater element ?) it stops.
I can ear the noise at 1650 rpm which goes away completly at 1700.
