Polo clutch change

Hello I have a 2006 polo 1.4. It has almost 100.000km on.
Im going to be change the clutch it and my question is:
How tight should the bolts for the pressure plate be, how many NM?
I have heard they should be about 20NM but Im scared that its to much.
Please help me!!
