photoshop request please

hello people was hoping someone could use there talented skills and photoshop my car put a yellow or red stripe round the grill and colour the alloys what colour u thinks best and lower etc.... someone just use there imaganation onit please i wanna do things to my car but not sure what and wanna see what some things look like first

I am having an issue regarding the photoshop as the photoshop software is not running in my Windows system. I have updated the Windows as well as photoshop software and want to do some work on it. The system is showing ERROR CODE 0XC0000428 on the screen and the photoshop is lagging while opening the software.
