I'm no photographer but set the camera up on a tripod (has to be dead still), and give it a nice long exposure, (I'm assuming a resonably low aperture too to compensate for the long shutter? thats just me guessing though),

take the picture then run around with a torch whilst its still taking (the shutter should take like 15 seconds to complete the pic),

reap the results!

thats nice! umm... maybe lengthen the shutter speed a little more and move faster? I'm not 100% sure though,

what i did was put my camera on a tripod with a 30 second shutter speed then i used my phone light, once i done 1 letter i pressed a button to turn the light off then turned it on again to make another letter.

took me like 3 go's to complete because i forgot what way i was writing the letter. lol
