Spark plug fuse problem

Hey all.
I have problem with fuses. When I tried to start the engine the spark plug fuse just burned in half. I turnet the car key to half and in that moment the fuse burned and i did not even turned the key to start the engine. I tried to put bigger electrical vire around the plug and even that burned with great flame.
Where shuld i look for the problem? Is it giving too much electricity or what could be the deal?
