As I mentioned here ...
http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 70#p479007
... I have received the LEDs HB4 for fog lights Polo 9N3.
At the end of the following link is the installation and results. Comparison in images.
http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 10#p477801
I foresee exceptional results 2400 lumens of LEDs in the fog lights R-line. (probably next week)

Hi Mates!
Ciclo You were right, the GTI cluster also show the current gear and offer the change.
Unfortunately I only get an older cluster which was made in 2011, i think there are different HW/SW version GTI clusters exist .
My mechanic cant set the needle sweep and the refuel liter for full in VCDS.
I've made a video from my cluster here it is:

It looks perfect, works exactly like mine. Enjoy it!.
Someone on the forum (eddie-gt)? knows how to solve the needles sweep in these instrument clusters.
Thank you very much for sharing the video.![Wink ](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

New mod. Fog lights with 2400 lumens cree white LEDs.
Bulb fog lights: H8
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/H4-H7-H8 ... 59703.html
Notes:
- Without a doubt the enlightenment to improved.
- Consumption is the same as with halogen lamps.
- With the multimeter on the fuse (SB54) consumption is 5.30 amp +/- 0.05 amp.
- Is heard as fans of the LEDs working with the engine off.
- Power On faster than the halogen lamps.
- No faults VCDS.
Before

Tutorial with images

Remember, approx 2800 lumens xenon, 2400 lumens cree LEDs, being very, very, very accurate, this small difference can be seen in color.
Hardly perceptible.
Caution:
When installing the left fog light must prevent wires or nozzle cleaning system headlight xenon contacts the fan LED.
This will stop and the LED flash. (protection system)
After

I am very happy with the result.
I'll have to test with fog ... I do not know when ...![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
The lighting is very good.
Give off much better light than halogens, are so good that I consider lower the light beam fog lamps to avoid dazzling.
I have not a color meter to match ...
... but in my personal appreciation I would say are matching in 99%.
Review the pictures, as you know my camera is not good (or I'm a bad photographer)
.
------------------------------------------------------
In the images, where DRL says, really is led sidelights. As anyone commented, I notice.

Good news.
After installing my wiring (similar) for automatic lights on a VW POLO BlueGT halogen headlights and make a special VCDS coding, automatic lights and CH/LH working perfectly.
This is possible by having start/stop system and an appropriate BCM.
Possibly the first 6R with halogen headlights and automatic lights in the world. OEM

I don't have the start stop. that's just eBay button I bought and rewired that as my autogate remote button. just like u did. thanks to u again. unlucky that I still can't activate the CH/LH lights auto switch as I only have halogen and rain sensor.
