how did you go about getting one from vw? do you need to know the part numbers etc?

On this occasionmy copy of etka was playing up so i couldnt get the part number i needed so i just called vw, said im looking for the grill off a bluemotion and they found it pretty quick but other times they can be right arse's and wont even look for it.

But yeah its pretty easy just undo the two screws and pull forward you might have to wiggle the catches a though.
Im getting a vrs soon so you can have mine for the right price if you want it.
It was £67 new so open to offers
