Will look for a pic of them and try to explain my idea

However last night a mint set of vw T5 transporter steels came up. They are 17" ones

That would mean a set of 5x100 to 5x120 adapters and adapters don't seem to be cheap lol

£250 i paid for mine, but my mate got his for £100, just look around the internet and sure u can get a good deal like my mate did

Yeah it's prob a case of waiting on a set coming up on one of the forums but I can be very impatient lol

17 x 7.5j all round.. Mercedes segin's.. 20mm adapters on the front and 30mm out back.. Fk coilovers wound all the way down.. Need to take the helpers out!!

Those look amazing. Who polished them for you ? And how hard to keep them like that ?

And are they 16" or 17" ?

same as mine, only look small coz of the height of the car, defo need them helpers out mate

I don't get the 'lower it to make it undriveable' thing either... so I guess I don't get that either!

people do what they wanna to they own cars mate, am sure as i get old ill grow out of it, but for now i love it, looks good and feels alot nicer when driving the car, plus if ya see my lasses t**s in my car, you will understand :P

I'm not saying people can't do what they want to their own cars... I'm genuinely curious as to why. As a design engineer I don't get form over function. Function must come as a priority imo, hence why I like performance mods but not really a fan of visual ones.
