Kiogen,

Your real problem is that your current BCM does not have the necessary pins (T73a / 1, T73a / 2, T73a / 63, T73a / 37, T73b / 1, T73b / 2, T73b / 68, etc ...) to manage automatic lights.

Conclusion, you need to change the BCM and the electrical original wires configuration.

I can not see the images from your previous reply.

-----------------

To everyone: :)

I can not answer all the emails I have received (a issue of time)... I'm so sorry ... Please be patient, I have read all them (this is a crazy  ), everything is controlled and managed.
Tomorrow it also is impossible, I'm traveling.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

I will remove my BCM again as soon as i can, i have the T73a/37 present and i have a wire there already that i fit, i dont remember if i have all the others but next time i will take a picture, the BCM is not a problem for me as i can get another one any time, i just want to know if im going in the right direction as i want to make all the wiring changes before fitting a new BCM.

i think that the images are already working

Yes, Fog lights with DRL — Polo 6R R-Line: 6R0 941 061 E + 6R0 941 062 E (https://www.drive2.ru/l/458163472711033418/) ;)
Thanks CNK.

IIRC Bachecco has bixenon headlights :?:...
In such case: Polo 6R R-Line: 6R0 941 061 F + 6R0 941 062 F (on eBay.de there is a good deal)
thank you very much, I have bixenon headlights, then I will buy the new fog

I suppose it will also be necessary to edit the unit/EEPROM for the wheel sizes. Similar to this :)

Works like a charm... with Bixenon Headlights. All functions: All functions that worked with the previous 7E0937090 BCM. NEW? Still to be discovered, something  I have seen in the Gateway and BCM adaptation channels... this first contact was only for its installation and check its correct operation. 8)

Conclusion, you need to change the BCM and the electrical original wires configuration.
today i took my BCM out again, it confirms what Ciclo said, my BCM doesnt have the necessary pins, the other time i took it out i've mistaken myself when counting the pins as it was the first time messing with this kind of stuff, now i can see the missing pins with much ease.
im now trying to fully understand elsawin schematics and only i'll ask something if im really out of options/ideas.

The basic principle is the same (J331 relay) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... ZQN1U/view , but your fuses are different (other numbering)
You do not have to make the wiring for Automatic lights (from 17 to 10 pin) because the Seat Ibiza have a 17-pin Light Switch with the 'AUTO' function.

Do not hesitate to ask if you have problems with the diagrams.

You must keep in mind that the final result is a combination between the wires correctly installed and BCM coding.

----
Edit, more info:

You do not have to modify the original wiring installation of your front fog lamps (T17/8).

You also need the Additiotinal Relay (J828) for headlights - search on elsawin this relay-

For the rest of the Wires/Pins/Slots also look here:

So, if im not wrong you're comparing on the same year but different PR codes? 7L3 are for cars without start/stop like mine, 7L6 are cars with start/stop, does it mean that every car with start/stop got "AUTO"?

Today i've made some printscreening on ELSA, so that i can see how big the differences are and i think i've got a decent JPEG with only the wires that i have to add or modify, can you check it?

Does the PDF guide that you post only serves for polo or if i follow it will also work?

The thing confuses me is when there are multiple wires in the same spot, like fuse SC7b that right now is connected to A88 that is connected to T6/6 and T32/13.
When doing the changes i should add a wire from A88 to T73a/6 right?
But if following the SC7a it connects to T17/9 right now i must also add a wire from T73b/43?

Depends on the equipment installed, Model Year, etc...

It's OK but no it's full (DRLs, Coming home from factory -Relay/control unit J665-?), you must open a new topic in the Ibiza section. Example: Kiogen's Ibiza SC 2.0TDI
Post there all possible info, pictures from your Ibiza, Autoscan, etc ... Please, also post the pictures of connectors, relay carrier, fusebox, etc ... (logically, I'm not soothsayer  ). It is necessary to know the factory equipment that your Ibiza has installed and that it is not possible to know it with the Autoscan because it depends on other factors. (MY, mods, etc...). For example, I can guess that the xenon headlight model has changed over the years in your Ibiza model, right?

If you have patience and time this will be solved. We'll do the same like example above with all lights.

Look the above example.
Please, post here the link to your new topic.

Thank you very much ciclo, you have been very helpfull.

I don't think the xenon has changed, there are 3 different headlights. Mine, one with half black background and other with full black background, then came the facelift that has a completly different headlight with LED drl, mine are halogen drl.
But not 100%sure.

I do have CH on mine but have to flash the highbeam before opening the door. My CH uses the fogs.

Im working on the Ibiza topic, just need to take some pictures then will leave the link.

Right. They were changed to LED drl's from February 2012.

The function of the relay/control unit J665 can be managed by the BCM Max. So you will have to remove this relay, it will have to be studied carefully.
CH function is also semiautomatic with the BCM Max (in the same way). Only LH function is automatic, apart from the Automatic Lights.

I'll have you know that it took me the best part of three years to figure out that 'ciclo' is basically 'bike' in English.

And I have a t-shirt and a pillow with a bike on it. And secretly a headwarmer with "I [heart] [bike]'.

I guess I'm secretly a big fan....
