Parts: J367 with battery minus strap depends on engine and model year, but i.e. 6R0915181E
Connector: 07P973702 or 4F0973702A (cancelled since 01-01.2012)
J367 wiring:
Positive from terminal 30
LIN to T73b/37 (BCM Max only with 61 Battery Monitor available in the gateway) or gateway T20/12 (BCM 6R0 937 088x)
https://i.imgur.com/JpryLV6.png
https://i.imgur.com/DZYF81g.png
Location of J367 is on the minus of the battery, and integrated into the strap of the minus between battery and chassis:

With VCDS, 61 module must be enabled and coded correctly for engine, alternator and battery type.

Which is the advantage of battery monitoring module ciclo ?ciclo wrote:Some small corrections:iichel wrote: ↑Sat Jul 21, 2018 11:19 pm So let's list the surprises we'll be seeing from master ciclo:
- OEM 6R0 heated front seats
- OEM Plug and Play Helix sound system, round version in the spare wheel space
- OEM 7L6 ambient lights
- OEM Porsche Passenger Airbag Deactivation in centre console
- OEM 6R0/7E0 front and rear PDC
- Something with 230V? Probably OEM
- OEM 6R0 J367 battery monitor?
- ??
- OEM holidays
- OEM 6R0 heated front seats. Thermal elements from Skoda Rapid/Seat Toledo.
- OEM Plug and Play Helix sound system, round version in the spare wheel space. +2 rear tweeters... everything is plug and play from this perspective. Plug and play no needs instructions... In any case it is extremely easy to do without instructions.
- OEM 7L6 ambient lights
- OEM Porsche Passenger Airbag Deactivation in centre console. Indicator light only. I love the effect of the check that is made on this light every time I turn to ignition ON. Supreme!
- OEM 6R0/7E0 front and rear PDC. Front PDC only (7E0 last version), rear is from factory.
- Something with 230V? Probably OEM. No. I have an external converter that works perfectly in any of my three 12v sockets.
- OEM 6R0 J367 battery monitor? . Yes, I already have the parts.
- OEM rear 12v socket. E.g, for my German impact tool to remove the wheels, for Tyre mobility system, etc...
- OEM Tyre mobility system. (perfect in combination with Direct TPMS)
- OEM Clubsport driver's airbag.
- OEM Last model of plate lights.
- OEM Pre-filter for Climatronic system
- etc... (renew several parts, ... )
- OEM holidays. Yes, I'm dependent on the things my wife does, the best and incredible person in this world (IMHO).

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
The J367 is basically a big multimeter that allows the Battery Regulator (sub function of the BCM) to measure the electrical consumption of the car and surplus of the alternator (if LIN alternator is installed, it's even possible to balance load and regulate power generation). The goal is to manage power consumption better, i.e. when start/stop is or should be active, to distribute loads on the battery more optimal and to reduce load when prioritisation is needed.EdgardoRodriguez wrote: ↑Sun Jul 22, 2018 4:14 pmWhich is the advantage of battery monitoring module ciclo ?

Doesn't the BlueGT already have the Battery Regulator? Or any Start/Stop Polo?

Yes, any polo 6R/6C with start/stop indeed has it.

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
If such module is available, as in my car, it´s just a matter of installing the module that meassures current in the battery and replacing the alternator with one which is LIN capable? Is there any advantaje in i.e. fuel consumption if start-stop was not factory available?iichel wrote: ↑Sun Jul 22, 2018 4:36 pmThe J367 is basically a big multimeter that allows the Battery Regulator (sub function of the BCM) to measure the electrical consumption of the car and surplus of the alternator (if LIN alternator is installed, it's even possible to balance load and regulate power generation). Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
I think this battery monitor doesn't make sense in vehicles without a start/stop system, it was not developed for this type of vehicles.
I will install it to verify it (because it's possible, just curiosity), I'll name the folder with the information 'ZZZ project', in honor of the first one who did it.
In no case I'll replace the alternator.

Please read this thread carefully and in its entirety https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=70736#p528319
Then focus your attention here https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56 ... 45#p528735
It will be what you have to do to properly install your new BCM Max 7H0937090D.
In case you need any kind of support (coding or whatever) please make your questions in that thread. The first thing before asking is to post a complete and recent autoscan there. Thanks.

They will not be directly locatable once the panels/parts are installed. White and indirect light.

You did an great job to modified/upgrade your polo.
My question about this lights from touareg is the size of the lights.
how big is the hole we have to cut?
how is the brightness between KT1 and KW2?
with kind regards
