Ive accidentally changed adapt channel 69 from 0 to 1. Turned out its switching off the dimmer switch for interior buttons and make the cluster full brightness. 🤣
working on it... but you must be very patient.

Beware with channel 69.

The only list available is what we know from VCDS, VCP, and the tests that a few do (very few). :)
Welcome to the BCM PQ25 world.

Some time ago I was thinking about doing it, but it would create confusion...

It already is enough with the horrible codings that are often seen ... Image

Hi Ciclo,

This is Sunil from India,
Brilliant Mods.

Ciclo I need help regarding folding mirrors. I have installed them by following k418 module method.
The mirrors auto fold and auto unfold when we use the remote to lock and unlock the car.

However I wasn't able to fold the mirrors using the folding mirror switch.
I have connected it to the relay pin 86 via pin 26 of driver side door and then to pin 8 of the folding mirror wire connector.

I am little confused which is the connector where the wire to pin no.8 should be connected. Is it the connector that connects to the windows regulator motor?

I have checked the wire by grounding it with metal and it folds the mirror. That means the circuit to the relay and k418 works.

The only problem is with the switch. I guess I am not connecting the pin 8 to the right connector.

Fernando, been reading last posts and thank you for the nice words.

In my case the Acivation of GRA_high wasn't enough because sending GRA info out of Engine was disabled. So in my case both had to be activated, the GRA-High Flag and enable CCS "output" message.

It exists the possibility that the engine flash was never developed to deliver CCS message, and in that case this can't be activated. If same controller is used in Golf then you are sure it can be activated.

Recently I connected my old Black and White cluster to the car and CCS icon appeared imediatly, so no doubt this is only ECU related.

If you want some help with investigations I will help you the best I can!

Hi sunilsoft, welcome.

You must insert the pin into the mirror switch connector.
