Hi there,
Is there any chance or possible troubles with having 80w bulbs in the polo 6r headlamps? And will the wiring hold up with the extra wattage?

Why would you want to fit 80W bulbs? Are you intent on blinding other road users? The highest wattage bulb recommended by VW is 55W.

80w will almost certainly melt the headlight and could easily melt the wiring loom
They are illegal for road use also and an MOT failure.

You need HID's 35w hehe
