Poor Polo lowered to the extreme
Saw this polo on Police Interceptors and I can't believe anybody would do this to the car!
Re: Poor Polo lowered to the extreme
A) How do the front wheels turn?
B) The arch is sitting on the alloy! When someone gets in the back how does the bodywork not get all bent and scratched?
I think it looks stinking.

Made me laugh when the narrator said it was a Golf GTI 180,
Poor Polo lowered to the extreme
Was it not a Golf?

Ngl I like it
Re: Poor Polo lowered to the extreme
I like it too, love the wheels especially! Got some balls to be driving around like that lol.
Theres a set of bags on ebay at the moment selling for around £500 last i checked. Anyone who wants something similar should get themselves a bargain.

Just out of curiosity, what did the police say about his suspension setup? Was it the whole wheel poking out too much?

Looks good but it's not set-up properly.
You can see the damage to the arches where they've been hit the wheel. Unless dented bodywork is the look that's wanted?
A touch more camber on the wheels would sort that if it's possible. something like this might be a little too much though.

He got a court summons of the police. He doesn't drive it that low day to day, only when parked up for show, etc. I think it looks well though tbh.
Re: Poor Polo lowered to the extreme
Wow really?? Court summons just for having it like that... seems abit OTT!!

It did show him drive off with it lowered touching the floor almost. I'm not surprised he got a ticket...he should've raised it before he moved off.NMavs wrote:He got a court summons of the police. Re: Poor Polo lowered to the extreme
The police were tipped off that he was driving around with it on the lower setting, so they saw it parked up and waited for him to come back and drive off. On camera it appears he didn't raise it but I don't understand how he could steer!
When the lad was stopped he raised it, to make it more weird, his mum was in the car!
