Thanks Amir!
You made me realize that my first thought about mounting this OEM double 2.0A charger is good.

Now I think about ambiente lights and still can't find nice solution for my Polo. My OEM front footlights have pernament plus, and switched GND (like other interior lights). I want to change it, because I need pernament minus, and one plus when door are opened (like in Golf 5) + second plus to ambiente (from additional relay from ciclo).
Is there a simple way to get a +12V after opening any door?

Or is there any way to get minus only when rest of interior lights are turned off?

Glad that we did talk too. Because of this, you give me lots new idea on the next mod[emoji41]. Cant wait to get the parts later!

Btw, on the permanent plus and minus, i think you will have to get new relay there as usual. But when the door is open, dont you think, there will be signals sent to fuel pump(driver door only i guess), IC and electric seat(although its not available on polo, surely T5/T6 got it) ?

As usual, with the help of Michel, I was able to make a conversion for the switched minus to the switched plus. I used 643 relay for this. Thanks to this relay, I will be able to connect permanent GND to the footwell lights. Today I did temporary installation and it works. Thanks a lot @iichel! :)

Hi, I probably will connect it when making other, bigger modifications.
So far I tested the charging and made a hole for assembly.

I don't have any schemes from Polo AW 2020 MY but I have plan to connect this socket like people from motortalk - directly to 12V wires from the front lighter. There is something like radiator inside, and after half hour of working it was still cold.

Photos are amazing, felt like this was all in front of me.
Thanks for posting so many details, attention to details is top notch --vernier caliper --Cool
Hats off to you CNK (again) !!!

I am wondering how come you have not got an AC vents for rear (yet).
Though it would make things complex. ie AC Vents and USB ports and 12 V socket

Hi firegrafik,

Szymon, do you have any links to Krzycho's Golf apart from this one where it is possible to see the swap from CECM to BCM?
I remember you told me a while ago, but now I can't find the links.

Thanks Fernando! ;)

I can't find any active tutorial on vwgolfv.pl forum, probably @glodek removed it (https://www.vwgolfv.pl/viewtopic.php?f= ... cm#p241230), but I believe spacewalker also know something about this retrofit.

Here's something what I found quickly:
