I have one more question for certainty: if my 6R is from 2011, but it's 2012 model year (WVWZZZ6RZC) I have ESP8.2i in version from Nov 2009, or 7L6 May 2012?
there are differences in 1, 7, 14, 15, 16, 25.

Currently in the VCDS logs I have:
Address 44: Steering Assist Labels: 6Q0-423-156.clb
Part No: 6R0 423 156 B
Component: LenkhilfeTRW V277
Coding: 11250
Shop #: WSC 00788
VCID: 2F6B63FEEA6A2666327-807AB
Edit: ok, so according to information from iichel I have Nov 2009, because 7L6 is with start stop.

firegrafik wrote: Mon Jan 15, 2018 6:30 pm Got it. Do you already have the list for some wires replacement in the ABS socket to retrofit 8,2 to 9,0?
example from here
https://www.drive2.ru/l/8112993/

Image
Changing order

4 to 12
6 to 4
22 to 8
5 to 22
18 to 16
20 to 18

19 to 17
34 to 19

31 to 29
33 to 31

35 to 28

If my version is ESP 8.2i Nov 2009 and new version is ESP 9.0i PQ there are few uncertainties:
- why 20 to 18? (i think it should be 20 to 19)
- why 31 to 29? (29 is blank in 9.0)
- why 34 to 19 (i think it should be 34 to 18)

Hello again. Thanks to Michel's enormous help and patience, I was able to change the wiring harness and code the ESP Bosch 9.0i pump.

During the change of wires I damaged the ABS connector, therefore it was necessary to replace the whole connector. The second time it went much better :)

In the meantime, I've also bought several new parts:
  • 2* brake disc, vented, 310x25 5/100 (6R0615301B) - 100.1240.20 - ZIMMERMANN STANDARD COATZ
  • cover plate for brake disc, left (6R0615311B)
  • cover plate for brake disc, right (6R0615312B)
  • wheel bearing housing, left (6Q0407255S --> 6C0407255A)
  • wheel bearing housing, right (6Q0407256S --> 6C0407256A)
  • 2* brake disc 254x22 (6R0615601A) 600.3244.20 - ZIMMERMANN STANDARD COATZ

  • cover plate for brake disc, left (6R0615611A)
  • cover plate for brake disc, right (6R0615612A)
  • brake cable 1659, PR-1KD (6R0609721K)
  • bracket for brake cable, left, PR-1KD (6Q0609639B)
  • bracket for brake cable, right, PR-1KD (6Q0609640B)
  • polo 6C handbrake to rear discs
Could you tell me if I need to buy springs: 1K0615295 and 1K0615296 to rear brakes? (https://www.drive2.com/l/3884783/)
Will I need any additional parts?

_______________________________________________

My new rear brakes have come a long way (from Sweden to Germany and then to Poland). Unfortunately, one bolt was crooked, which didn't allow the brake caliper to work freely:
Image
Image

I tried to buy a new bolt, or some original repair kit, but it wasn't possible on VW service.
However my local VW service checked the aftermarket parts and brought me the bolts from... Volvo V40/S40 96-:

comparison (old from Polo 6R WRC Street vs aftermarket for Lucas brakes in Volvo):
Image
Image
the length is the same, but the new bolt was not screwed, and the photo is from the perspective - sorry, I'm not a good photographer

I know, I need to buy 4 * socket head bolt with hexagon socket head (combination) M10X1,25X30 - N 90740302
Image

Are there any more parts that will be needed?

Do you have other hydraulic fluid lines for the rear?

Other than that, VW recommends to replace the nuts and bolts of the front and rear suspension (incl drive shaft nuts) when you remove them.

So I need part 8 and 9? Is there any difference between the size of the discs?

It's also recommended to get 6x no.12 and 2x no. 10 from this picture:
Image

and get 4x no. 6 from this picture (brake cable holder):
Image

Usually, the N10648301 are included with the brake discs.

You could think about 2x N 90942902 (nut for the steering arm-bearing housing connection)
