Really tasteful OEM mods. I think the Golf ED35 Watkins Glen style wheels really suit the Polo. 8)

I think you are the first person I've ever seen that's done a manual to automatic climate control conversion. That must have been a nightmare with all the sensors and vent motors etc ? Was it a dash out job ?

Cool car by the way - very tasteful.

Yes CNK reason iichel did it also !

Conversion is mostly patient and meticulous. It took me 3 working days (disassembling the entire dashboard and the heating block, modified wiring ...)

But now I am very happy everything works perfectly and I have no VCDS error :arrow: OEM :D

For the price I will not tell you exactly, I no longer count :lol: . It is necessary to count approximately 500€ of used part + price of the painting + grill ...

Hello everyone

I'm asking for your help. To all the professionals of the polo 6R :D

I installed RDKS, but this one does not work .. (I can not find any solution)

My problems :
- No display on the cluster
- RDKS module does not recognize valves

My installation:
- RDKS Module 3AA907273F
- Valves RDK 5Q0907275B
- + 12V on terminal 30
- Can Lines on the powertrain

I tried to connect the CAN line on the IC, still no display on the cluster and an error communication in the gateway...

Where can my problem come from? Coding? RDKS module not compatible / failing? Incompatible cluster software? .... :?:

Really nice mods dude! How are you sourcing all of these parts though?? I've been searching for ages for an R line conversion and the gloss black interior trim but they just don't come up for sale :( Where do you buy your parts from??

The problem lies in the RDKS unit, does not receive signals from the sensors/valves, or sends signals to the IC.
Try to configure the adaptation channels again with VCDS.
Try also with the file that I sent you for VCP.

Maybe firegrafik or rdasadia can enlighten us about it.



Btw, you should install this sensor for your Bixenon headlights - Static Cornering Lights.
