Re: Solution needed for replacement for TPK
The fear I have with buying the unit off eBay is what if the "code" they claim to have for the head unit doesn't work with my Polo?

Code is for the radio and unique to it.
The only issue i foresee is hes put cash only, which gives you little come back if theres an issue

Re: Solution needed for replacement for TPK
I probably will go with a different seller in all honesty. There are a couple more listed for slightly more, but with things like the GPS antenna etc included.
My only problem now is getting them all installed and removing the old TPK wiring. Replacing the unit itself seems straight forward but I am concerned about removing bits of trim and dash to get the wire for the Bury kit and the old mic out.

Re: Solution needed for replacement for TPK
Removing the radio and the TPK kit is actually quite easy. The wire for the microphone is normally just poked inside between the door seal and the trim on the pillar as the TPK kits are dealer fit

Been looking at the Dynavin N6 units recently. They look OEM and have great functionality as well. Anybody on the forums had any experiences with them?

Re: Solution needed for replacement for TPK
I have just bought a 14 plate VW Polo and the TPK Bluetooth Audio quality is awful. I want to replace the radio with the touchscreen version that has bluetooth built in. How do I go about doing this - What radio will be compatible? How/where can I get it fitted? Will I be able to play music via Bluetooth with the newer/biggerVW radio thats touchscreen in my 14 plate polo?
Thanks for any help.

If you want a VW option, the RCD330G is a very good choice.

I currently have a VW RCD310 radio, will I be able to replace it with that?
