looks good.
Here you have an image of the left side on the inside.
Here you have more images. viewtopic.php?f=56&t=58703&start=45#p468886
There is little space there to add things, keep in mind the path of the elastic metal sheet (inner) to hold the double bottom board with the plastic protrusion (outer).... if any.

wow. thank you ciclo. honestly its bit surprise for me to see tight room there. hurm. i can already see the pin there which will disturb the position i wanted. I need to place the light exactly in a position that will also give light when the double board is lock 45degree. [emoji3061]

It is actually barely any space left. i really need to use the edge to edge area due to 3dprinting limitation. i need to make it bigger or else the bracket easily broken.iichel wrote:Looks great! Good job. Good to see it fits nicely!
Speaking of which, i need to remove one clip for the boot lining since it is in the way where i want to mount it.

#crazymod
And for this, thanks Szymon for his effort getting the parts for me. really appreciate it.
Well, i have to say its not final yet as i need to test whether the mounting and blockage that i had to do left and right of the logo emblem will cause issues for the drive or not. hopefully its not creating new music noise with the airflow[emoji23][emoji2960].
so the idea is to take Golf GTE grill and uses this as the port for ctek comfort indicator where i can easily plug in and charge the battery when i need it. Plus this panel indicator has led status which is cool for me. Unfortunately the GTE emblem is so big and it is impossible to fit in polo grill. So i can only take the locking and lid mechanism, make a new port. new mounting. find ways to stick it to the existing grill. lots of cutting n grinding. put in the blue line. n done! I wont be able to replicate this (too much works) so if anything happen, will have to go back to normal grill. lol.

Climatronic [emoji736]
thanks to wonderful pdf how-to from Szymon, i manage to do the upgrade successfully and at the same time make good all the additional wiring i made so far through the right channels.
From manual A/C, all wires reuse except the manual got extra one wire from SB25. Pin14 from the manual panel.
Then, my dome light lost its door-switch ground connection (T73a/4). The wire was cut! inside the big wiring loom which from outside looks fine! Maybe while taking out the steel beam behind the dash, it may been twisted and break.
Later, i got error from the air flow flap motor. Lucky the lower flap was just out of its rail. thanks to iichel for quick guide!!!
And i’m impressed with the climatronic performance and control algorithms. perfect!!
