6R Front Badge/Emblem Remove & Replace

Hi everyone, first post here and would appreciate some help with a wee problem for a novice like me.

Someone backed in to my Polo whilst parked and broke the VW emblem, which snapped at its connectors. I've got myself a new badge to replace it with, though need some advice on how to remove the grille to make this possible - can anyone advise? Need to know which screwdriver or bit I need to fit the screws connecting the grill to the car too.
