Run a wire from Fuse 57 on fuse holder B to BCM T73b/11 (1mm2 of thickness)
Run a wire from BCM T73b/10 to the left fog light, 1.5mm2 of thickness, the other wire of the fog light to a ground point
Run a wire from BCM T73b/9 to the right fog light, 1.5mm2 of thickness, the other wire of the fog light to a ground point
Run a wire from light switch T17/8 to BCM T73a/7, thickness 1.5mm2

Do you have a steering angle sensor? (i.e. ESP from factory)?

A question related to wiring here. Apologies for taking thread to different discussion.
But is there any guidelines document/reference for which wire ie thickness should be used for which connection?
  • 1.0 mm(square)
  • 1.5 mm(square)
  • 2.0 mm(square)
  • Any other specifications
eg. BCM to fog lights or any sensors or dashboard switches.

Yes, this is all specified in the wiring diagrams, i.e. in ElsaWIN or ERWIN

Hi,

Following diagram (by Ciclo) might also be useful to wire DRL. You might have already seen this , I thought I will share for benefit of others.

He's talking about daytime lights, not fog lights.

The gray/purple wire in the diagram that goes to T73b / 29 is already installed in your 6R, included in the wiring you bought me  , so you do not have to do anything in the area of light switch seen in the diagram.

T73a/5 ... Black connector ... Right DRL
T73b/3 ... White connector ... Left DRL

Do the options 2 and 3 also work with halogen DRL? If I understood correctly, the bi-xenon headlights are not installed.
