You don't need to do anything special, or add any kind of wiring if 7E0 937 089B is the original from factory.

Follow the Ross-tech instructions for replacement (BCM PQ25). Just that.

Hello Sir
I want to install bi xenon headlights Part No is 6R1-941-039 A and 6R1-941-040 A .Sir as i had checked in Etka in VW service center the parts that VW Vento High line plus for AFS are
1. BRACKET (6R0 612 405)
2. LEVEL SENSOR WITH POLES (6R0 512 521 A).
3. NUTS AND BOLTS (N102 252 02).
4. CONTROL UNIT FOR CORNERING LIGHTS AND HEADLIGHT RANGE CONTROL (6R0 907 375 Z09)
5.BRACKET (6R0 971 845K).

But in here in forum i had read that we have to use 6R0 907 375 Z03 instead of 6R0 907 375 Z09. Please tell me that the parts that i had mentioned are correct or not.If not kindly tell me tell me correct part no and link of wiring harness that is required for installing bi xenon headlights.

Thank you.

https://www.ebay.de/itm/132615225185?ul_noapp=true (T10-T14 wiring)

https://www.ebay.de/itm/170982304945?ul_noapp=true (AFS wiring)

and all the parts which you had tell in forum for AFS. Sir now please tell me i had to uninstall my fog lights with DRLs
How to install the wiring for Bixenon headlights and AFS system in your 6R.

1.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... sp=sharing
(from new Bixenon headlights to BCM = new front parking/side lights for LED module, new DRLs for LED module, new SCLs)

Remove the correspond wires that are already present in the BCM to install the new wires indicated in the previous image.
- Isolate those belonging to the DRLs.

2.
Modify the wires for foglights (mandatory for you)

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1evzipD ... sp=sharing

Note for you: Where it says 57 fuse (6R Europe) for you is 49 fuse (your 6R), nothing to worry about here.
Follow the instructions contemplated in the image.
Only for your reference  https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56 ... 45#p532944

Therefore, in your T10 red connector (automatic lights) you must remove and isolate the original yellow white wire from the slot 3. Install the new wire in the same slot according to the picture, from this slot 3 to SB54a-- New fuse 15A --SB54b, and from here to the two original wires T73b/9 & T73b/10 , according to the picture.

3.
Wiring for AFS system. (Powertrain CAN lines)

Follow the instructions of the AFS wiring manufacturer.

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing (diagrams)
J519... BCM
J431... AFS unit
MX1... left Bixenon headlight
MX2... right Bixenon headlight
G76... rear sensor AFS system
SB11... +15 signal
Take the power from one of the +15 slots available in your fuse box.
For example:

---

Follow these instructions faithfully.

It is necessary to code with VCDS. I will do it.
Post a new/recent/fresh autoscan when you have finished installing all the wiring.

Please, use this thread if you have new questions. Thanks.

I feel generous , I will make the wires you need for the fog lights, I will send them as a gift to your address in India.

I think there are missing wires in the T10-T14 harness you have bought on eBay. I'm not sure, I think the eBay sale specifies that it's a single cable for each bixenon headlight up to the BCM.
Everyone needs three wires for each Bixenon headlight (kufatec harness) when they are installed in the 6R. (from headlights to BCM)
We need the help of someone who speaks German to translate the eBay sale. For example iichel... :)

Code: Select all

Bei Bi-Xenon Scheinwerfern ist es erfoderlich ein zusätzlich mitgeliefertes Kabel zum Bordsteuergerät zu legen.

You don't need the gray cables (save them for experimental pourposes ), only all the ones that are attached to connectors.

Seller don't send to India, ... I guess your friend will send them to you.

The german basically says:
For bi-xenon headlights, it is necessary to connect the additionally included wires to the BCM.
But since you already have the BCM Max, you can leave out the grey wires. The three wires in already the adapters (T14/10; /12 and /14) will need to go to the BCM.
Some of the grey wires will connect the fog lights to the fuse box, but it's in an unsafe way.

I bought a few of these, a long time ago, and there are several wires included.
But it's written 'ein mitgeliefertes Kabel' which means 'one included wire'

Code: Select all

mitgeliefertes
“ein......Kabel”
so it should be single wire.

btw. i think i bought the same AFS wiring from the same seller last time. As the wiring is made for LHD. i have to take out the terminal pins from the 26pin afs connector and switch the position from LHD to RHD, for one reason:
1) the length of wires provided is of coz opposite for Left and Right.
