Thanks for letting me know by PM about your new topic. Yesterday I was reviewing your autoscan.

Please can you post here the following pics from your 6R?

Relay carrier
Light Switch connector
Dimmer connector
Fuse box

From Light Switch and Dimmer connectors I need to see the wires colors and slot positions. In the graaja's topic you can see several examples of the pics I need.
 Here too

Take also some pics from your 6R (front, rear, dashboard - stalks, MFSW, IC, radio -). More info = better help.

Thanks.

I think it will be feasible. You'll need:
a wiring loom,
bcm,
stalks,
Light switch
Mirror interior for hba

Did you already buy anything?

Thanks for the pictures. 8)

You do not need to buy another AUTO light switch, the one you currently have with Auto function is correct.

Well, everything is under study. I will manufacture the wiring for your 7E0 937 090 BCM Max adaptation, also those related to HBA system and therefore for automatic lights OEM. The HBA system depends on the automatic lights.
If you want the wiring for the HBA system it is necessary to wait until the instrument cluster with MFA+ is installed and working perfectly. If you do not want HBA, I can start making your wiring for BCM Max adaptation and Automatic lights.

Please tell me how your static cornering lights work. (fog lights)
- with the indicators.
- when turning the steering wheel.
- with the indicators and when turning the steering wheel.

Sir I think it is with indicator because when i round steering wheel to right and give left indicator left fog light glows and vice versa.
Can we make it with steering ? with your wiring loom.

I think that requires adding a steering angle sensor to your stalks.

It's a bit more complicated.
Your 6R has ABS unit, and in the 6R the steering angle sensor is associated with the Brakes unit. If you do not have ESP unit you can not install a steering angle sensor. But, I'm not totally sure, maybe firegrafik can enlighten us about it, it is possible that in the russian forum http://www.Drive2.ru or .com you can find more information about it. They have made many modifications with ABS units.

So, the static cornering lights funtions for your future Bixenon headlights would be limited to the indicators only. As it is currently.

---

For these and other reasons I request the pics from your 6R, it is not due to personal whims.
Please, show us your current headlights and dashboard, similar to these: (graaja's GT)
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attachmen ... ront-2.jpg
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attachmen ... onsole.jpg
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attachmen ... -wheel.jpg
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attachmen ... switch.jpg

This will make my work 1000000% easier, with them I can also see what you have done on your GT to make better wiring.

You have to keep in mind that I only have one chance to make your wiring correctly, it is not possible any other circumstance... so I can not make any assumptions.
My wiring are customized to the car in question and the requiements requested.

Excellent pics. Thank you very much. 8)

This week I'll make your wiring. (as soon as possible)

Please tell me what you want (here is the sale of my looms):

B -> wiring for BCM adaptation and wiring for Automatic Lights + CH/LH, etc... = 135€ + shipping costs.

C -> wiring for BCM adaptation, wiring for Automatic Lights + CH/LH, etc..., and wiring to be able to install and make work the HBA system = 160€ + shipping costs.

Shipping cost from Spain to India = 24€ (500gr - 1Kg)

Notes (info):
- When you install my wiring everything will work correctly with your new BCM, regardless of the equipment you install later.

- If you choose B, in the future you can not install the HBA system with these wiring looms. I make these wiring looms (B) for those who do not want HBA and want to install Bixenon or LED headlights (depending on the BCM model).

- If you want to install Bixenon headlights you will have to buy the harness from T10 to T14 headlights connectors. And maybe a new wiring for your fog lights to transfer the static cornering lights from the fog lights to the Bixenon headlights (depends on your decision).

- Also, If you want the two necessary wires (CAN Lines - 2 meters) with the correct terminals for HBA system that go from T8 connector (mirror with camera) up to the terminals ready for HBA in my adaptation wiring you have to add 10 euros to the total cost.
I think your mirror has a T8 connector, not specified in ETKA :x  , on previous dates it was T6.
The mirror with camera for HBA uses the T8 connector.

Other part required when installing the wiring for the BCM Max adaptation:

- While you have the Halogen headlights you have to buy this Dimmer (regulator) with headlight range control: 6R0941333

- When you go to install the Bixenon headlights in the future you have to buy this Dimmer: 6Q0941334

Hi govindsharma,

I have a doubt. Did your Polo come with automatic headlights? Or did you install the retrofit auto headlight switch which has its own light sensor?
