As for your Polo, thank you very much for all the information you provided me by email, it is of great value to me ...
Please, can you do a test on your 6R?, with VCDS uncheck Byte2 Bit1 from your instrument cluster and tell me if the direct TPMS is still working without vcds faults.

If you need a new BCM coding for your 6R tell me what lights and wires (all) you currently have installed, please one by one (better by email), It will be a provisional coding until you install the dimmer and Bixenon headlights.
Surprisingly still works without any error after unchecking

Not required my freind. Dimmer switch already installed and working fine. New front lights on its way!!

Haha ... thanks for this checking (here we are making new discoveries, again) ... haha

As for the Dimmer, well done!!, we will wait for your Bixenon.
I'm still investigating the direct TPMS of your Yeti.

Would like to enable the side mirror auto folding with KEY FOB. Have folding mirrors right now. Is only coding needed or will require new door modules?

I do not know if this software (for WRMs in 6R IND RHD) is able to manage the folding mirrors automatically (with remote). I would say 99% NO.

What is known so far is that the software for WRM with automatic function for folding mirrors starts with 8XXX (6R, T5.2, T6)

You already had this fault before making the BCM wiring adaptation (we talked about it at the beginning of this topic). My question is the following, did you install the dimming mirror with the light sensor on your 6R or they are from factory?
It is likely that the installation that you did is not correct and you broke the wire that gives power to the reversing light. (check this wiring installation)

However make sure that the bulb is not blown.

This is your Light sensor.

And the next one is your multifunction steering wheel (from a Golf) that you bought in México (hmm...Viva México cab.....! -popular and funny sentence on films, nothing more-).
As you can see (and even if it works correctly) it is not read correctly. BCM believes it is a second light sensor with corrupt software.

To solve when installing Bixenon headlights.

Hi Ciclo. Yes backup bulb is indeed blown and needs replacement. Was aware of the same. My RLS & dimming mirror are factory fit. VW started giving this in all GT TSi from 2016 onwards

DRL lights error will be solved as soon as I get the delivery of the OE front lamps and install them.

I havent yet replaced the steering harness that you have send. Will do it this week.

Still any suggestions to try any other coding for subsystem 2 & 3 please to enable auto function

Test with:
05000A for both WRM. (but I'm afraid it will not work)

Once the two WRMs are coded, you must reset the comfort function in both windows. Even if this function already works.

I insist:
1. First you encode both WRM.
2. And then you enable the comfort function in both WRM.

Your BCM coding is correct for it.

could you please explain how did you remove the older steering?
There are two dimples at the back. Once you puncture them what was next step?

You need to remove the cover between steering and the cluster. Once you remove that you will see two locks at the back of the steering which requires some skill to take out the air bag. You need to then disconnect the harness from the air bag. You will see another lock nut in the front centre of thr steering. You will need special tool to open this

My advise is to get it removed by a VW technician. Dont forget to disconnect negative terminal of the battery before commencing any work.

Thanks Cialo.
I had seen some videos but they had different mechanism. Rather no so called "Technological plugs"
But this russian link is definitely useful.

So most recently got complete GTI body kit upgrade including bumpers (front & back), side skirts, interior "black" panels, etc

However require help for below two retrofits.
1) Sun visors with vanity light
2) front bumpers are with headlight washer space.

1) For sun visors tried to search for retrofit details but couldn't find any. Would like to know part no. of the light which is fixed on the roof and wiring details of this light and connector coming out of the visors.

2) for the headlight washer retrofit from the past posts got the below parta details which needs to be procured.

- 6R0 955 978 nozzles. ( Can someone advise where they can be procured from)
- wire harness (https://www.kufatec.de/shop/en/Volkswag ... VW-Polo-6R)

However could not gather from where to find the pumps(does it use the same pump that of windshield washer), and the hoses and connection diagram.

There is a thread for headlight washer retrofit somewhere (or maybe 6R bi xenon retrofit). There is a list of parts, including the washer system.

I'm not aware of any retrofit kit or topic but it shouldn't be too difficult to make a wiring set for the new roof lining.
