Undeclared mod in accident

I don't know how things are now, but anyone ending up with a claim against a Directline policy holder in the past could look forward to having to put up with lots of problems!

i had plenty of problems that's why i would not even use them to insure a 10 year old pair of pants

At worst you can just pay the extra premium, it won't invalidate it. Same with anything that may be forgotten, but they will charge you the extra cost for each year you have insured with them.

On a non fault claim I literally wouldn't worry though.
