Yes, but from 7H0937090 'D', etc ... applies the same as for 7E0.Franciswat wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2017 2:00 am Thank you ciclo
So the only difference in 7H0 instalation is t6/3 -> t73b/1 instead of t6/3 -> t73b/4?
Note that some knowledge is known through experience.

Re: My polo 6r bifuel
Thank you for explanation!
I am sorry but I have some troubles to understand the wiring.
I'm not so practiced about wiring diagrams.
Thats what I understood (and not):
WL1
T73b/54 → T32/28
T73b/57 → T32/29
WL2
T73b/68 → 34b (original wire)* → SB34 ==> Do I have to extract original wire from 34b, connect it to T73b/68 and then both to SB34?
T73b/2 → 39b (original wire) ==> Does it mean like above but w/o connecting back to SB39?
T73a/62 → SB39
T73a/2 → 59b (original wire)
T73/a → SB59
Add 15 A fuses in SB59 e SB39
WL3
T17/9 (original wire) → ?? ==> I am not sure if thats goes to T73b/29 or T73b/43
T17/16 (original wire) → T73b/7
T6/3 → T73b/1
T17/16 → T73a/45
T17/?? → T73a/6 ==> I do not understand if T73a/6 is connected to T17/9 or T17/13
Last question is where to find the wiring bridge for relay?
I searched on internet w/o success.
Thank you for your patience.

It's very easy, here are the corrections (blue):

WL1
T73b/54 → T32/28 ...OK
T73b/57 → T32/29 ...OK
WL2
CLICK HERE and follow the red and green arrows on the wires. It's the key.
red arrow = INPUT
green arrow = OUTPUT
A = BCM Black connector.
B = BCM White connector.
I do not correct here (WL2) because it's a mess... Try again ... and correct it yourself. (a,b,b,a... numbers... no worries, I'm here to help you)

Re: My polo 6r bifuel
Thank you ciclo for your big patience.
I tried to write again the wirings of WL2, that's what I understood:
59b → T73a/63
T73a/2 → 59b (original wire)
39b → T73b/68
t73b/2 → 39b (original wire)
34b → 34b (original wire)
..........↓
......T73a/62
Does original wire mean I have to extract from connector, remove terminal from wire and connect it to an other?
Whats the blue cap at the end of cables? Is that an ordinary shrinkable?
Thanks

Re: My polo 6r bifuel
WOW minions!
Thank you again ciclo.
I purchased crimper and terminal extractors.
I think I need some terminals type 1 (N 907 647 01) and type 6 (N 907 326 03) or maybe even other type.
Do you have any suggestions for wires section?

Re: My polo 6r bifuel
You need many other types of terminals. Take it easy and look for them with patience.
Wires
Power: 1.5mm2, 1.0mm2 .... depends
Signals: 0.5mm2

Re: My polo 6r bifuel
Big thank you ciclo! That was exactly what I was looking for!
Anyway some doubts still opened: where can I find the correct wire section?
For example accordingly to the link you posted T73b/63 (included in # 4) wire may vary from 0,5 to 4 mm².

# 4 - A 018 545 47 26 (wire 0.5-1.0 mm²)
A 018 545 49 26 (wire 1.5-2.5 mm²)
A 018 545 51 26 (under the wire 2,5-4,0 mm²)
#4 pins are green in the picture

Re: My polo 6r bifuel
I have already looked on Elsa but what to search on it? I searched xenon wiring but those pins are not indicated. I do not know what those pins are used to.
Maybe I have to write on search box the pin number directly?
