Ok after some searches I found wires sized.

Looking at the wiring diagram t6/3 of dimmer should go to t73b/1 so I suppose elsa refers to a 7H0 bcm instead of a 7E0.
 car selected was polo 1.6 bmt highl 66 - 6r142v.

On the contrary I sould see t73b/4 instead of t73b/1 in the wiring diagram, shouldnt I?

I ask just becouse I saw t73b/4 and t73b/1 have different terminals so I want to be sure about wiring!

Thank you :!:

PS I changed my mind and decided to install a 7E0.

That tool is FOR INSULATED TERMINALS, it is clearly written on the label attached to it.

Hi Franciswat! nice mod! i thot i was looking at ciclo’s photos!! Cool.

btw. one interesting thing i found:

Image

did you retrofit just the button set for this steering wheel? or it comes from factory like this?

ive friends who want to install the button set like below to the original steering with only left side button. Not sure its going to fit or not and how can i install the paddle shifter as well.

Autoscan (whenever a new problem arises). The installation you have made depends largely on the coding.

I wonder why it is so hard to understand this. :?

I have a stupid question about wirings: every fuse has 2 pins with unique number, when I have to replace original 34b, 39b and 59b wires with new one which pin I have to replace?

I have already copied coding from 09-Central Electronics module and 19-CAN Gateway and restored original installation list.

These are some problems occurred:
- Instrument panel and engine switch on but no longer off (neither removing key)
- Headligts do not work properly
- Light dimmer no longer works
- Impossible to set up remote controllers because channel's value doesn't change (image attached)

http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... l_Matching

(I copy and paste here)

Channel 001: Remote Control Matching
Start Matching new/additional Remote Controls by entering 0, then Test and Save the New Value.
Press and hold the Unlock button for at least one second on the Remote Control you want to add, the Blinkers will light up to confirm the Adaptation Process of each Remote Control.

So...

1st remote control ..... 01 Channel .... 0 ... test ... save ... process
2nd remote control ..... 01 Channel .... 0 ... test ... save ... process
and so on... 3rd, 4th, etc, remote controls.

Note: Do not worry, It's not a matter of understanding languages, many English speaking people also have difficulties to understand what is written in the ross-tech link.
(IMHO) I think that who wrote the text of the ross-tech link is a genius, I don't think it can be better explained.

Because some things will change when doing this remote controls adaptation process, report again of the permanent failures with a new autoscan.

What wiring have you installed so far?
- Bcm adaptation wiring :?:
- Bixenon wiring :?:
- Automatic lights wiring :?:
- ...

The new BCM coding depends on it.
