Evening all,
Just wondering who has reached positive equity in there Polo GTI and at what month they achieved it, deposit etc.
I am currently 21 months into my 3 year pcp and considering swapping it in for new car in March.
Any feedback would be great.
PCP trade in - anyone done it yet?

Re: PCP trade in - anyone done it yet?
Kinda depends how long you took the PCP over and how much you put down TBH.
If you put a modest deposit down and are nearly 2 years in Id suggest you are probably getting close to break even...perhaps even have a little money in the car.
I think my car (May 2015 Pure White 3 door manual, 40k miles, lots of spec, full history and largely immaculate) CAP'd around 10.5k trade clean a few months back....so its probably worth 12.5k-ish retail/private sale. Id say if you owe less than 11k on the car now you are probably in a reasonable position...depending on its mileage, spec and condition.
