So after a short hiatus, I'm back for more!

I'm ready for my next missions! Are you with me Fernando?

I have completed all of the plumbing, and most of the wiring for the headlight washers. Only problem is, I don't know which pin on the BCM is the correct one! Any ideas?

Next is headlight auto-levelling system! I have nothing but the harness - Kufatec again (sorry)

I'm unsure which controller I need for my van. Will the Polo one work or one from another model? Or does it have to be one specific to the T5?

I'm in need of some wisdom!

Specific to the T5. (IMP)

Some forum members have the specific control unit for your T5, it is because they bought it by mistake.

Don't fit in the same retaining plates. Logically.
e.g. https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56 ... 45#p531196

Square T5 RLS perfectly fulfills its main missions.
Round T6 RLS some benefit should have with respect to the square T5 RLS.
Have emailed your contact a few times more and still no reply, are you still making up the wires? If so could you make me some up? Obviously I don’t mind paying for them and postage etc.

I’m going to buy this kit so would have the wiring harness to connect the rls to the van.

Sorry this is taking so long, it’s going along with the conversion!

Yes, exclusively for you, due to posting the necessary information in this thread.

My conditions are the following: (not modificable conditions)

You must install the wiring loom from the battery to the fuse box, also from the fuse box to the BCM. These are steps 1 and 2 indicated here.

I will make the following wiring looms for you: (step 3, automatic lights wiring, CAN lines)

- from the light switch to BCM
Image

- wiring for automatic lights with vw original relay.
Image

- CAN lines
Image

- I will post a real picture of all them in this thread.

- I give you a present: the contact-terminals you need for the wiring loom that goes from de fusebox to BCM (+1 of all models).
You must use good crimping tools.

- I will code your BCM and RLS for automatic lights. Here in the forum.

94€ (paypal fees and packaging inc)
+
Shipping costs (SP to UK), 16€, the shipping costs are based on the weight.
Registered, certified, tracking number.

Remember, they are euros, they are not pounds.
Lifetime warranty in the wiring looms.

Please, confirm if you agree as fast as possible (sorry for this), my time is limited. Thanks.
If you do not answer today or tomorrow I will not be able to manufacture your wiring looms. (vacation time 8))

Thank you so much, to confirm will this also support my upgrade from BCM 7H0 937 087 M to 7E0 937 090?

You'll of course need to do the BCM Max adaptation, as you've discussed on the previous page.

If you have more doubts it means that you have not read this thread, and therefore, I will not manufacture your wiring looms.

Sorry I don’t mean to cause any upset or spread any doubts, I was just wanting to make sure I was getting all the correct pieces together. From my research it appears that no one else on the internet is doing this level of work and so I want to make sure I am doing it in the right way.

I am very greatful that you have made the effort to do this first and for your guidance and am happy to document the installation process here and/or on the forums for the T5 and even send people your way if that’s something you would like.

To me this is a slightly daunting process and I just want to make sure I’ve got all the bits I need before I commit.

I hope this helps to alleviate any questions in your mind?

Bizmo, in response to your private message:
I'll manufacture your wiring looms, as specified here  https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56 ... 55#p536531

I'll inform you here when they are made (ASAP), and I'll provide you with my email for the matters related to the payment and shipping.

Everything will work like a charm in your T5 with BCM Max and automatic lights if you make a good installation for the wires that go from the Battery to fuse holder 6Q0937617B and BCM (feed +30), and also for the wires that go from the fuse box to the BCM (HB, LB, DRLs).

Hello Le Boss, welcome. :)

You need to do this: https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56 ... 45#p528735

1- Post here a recent VCDS autoscan to be able to tell you what exactly you have to do in your T5.

2- Post images from your T5 exactly like these: https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56 ... 75#p533255

3- and if possible also an image like this:
https://i62.servimg.com/u/f62/18/94/39/39/t5_rhd10.jpg
http://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w62 ... h2pj7l.jpg

Please read this same thread in its entirety from the start, in it is included the BCM adaptation (from any BCM to BCM Max - 090x -), ...in order to be able to install automatic lights system and Bixenon headlights.
