Evening,
so I have had a truck reverse into the front of my car causing damage to the bonnet, wings, Grill and bumper causing abit of damage but nothing structural ( I've had it check out and its all bolt on bits)
ive been looking at my options and im debating what to do, do I keep my current set up 09-14 shape front end or do I fit 2015+
had the perfect opportunity last night to park next to a new model but im still in two minds.
does anyone have any suggestions?
Regards
Tom

I'm assuming you're insured for this. Or you can make a claim in the insurance of the truck driver.
Maybe it's good to check, whether you'll be reimbursed of you fit the facelifted front.
I think it should work, the light carriers are the same. You do need to change the fog light housings and IIRC the bulb carriers for the DRL as well.
The halogen headlights of the Polo 6C are plug and play on Polo 6R.
The radiator grills between the headlights are fully interchangeable too.
You could also consider an R-Line front for your Polo. Looks very good in red.

Insurance has been sorted was very surprised about how quick the turn around was (less than a week) won't effect my insurance as I went through my solicitor although they are aware of it.
I didn't realise it would be so easy to upgrade to the newer style.
Ive seen the R-line in red and love it I just can't find the parts
