If I buy the best one, there will be no difference in the modifying of the wiring ? The best one is for auto headlights.

I have checked and 7E0937089Z2G and 7E0937090CZKK are first equipment parts and will be delivered for sale after june 2018. I must find another BCM.

In order to continue building this thread for Bixenon retrofitting in your Amarok (June 2012 - January 2013, D 'MY') I need a recent VCDS Autoscan from your Amarok.

... to avoid installing no-needed wires in your 17-pin light switch connector and 73-pin BCM connectors.

Why don't you have activated the CCS? (engine, bcm)
By the way, the correct stalks (with your MFSW and ring) for your Amarok are 6Q0953513AK.

My next replies will be to explain the Bixenon headlights installation in your Amarok (June 2012 - January 2013). OEM.

The BCM does not accept the coding for CCS. (Out of range message)
With the current stalks will not work the commands on the steering wheel? (for de mfd)
2H0920871X instrument cluster will work on my car with the new BCM?
Thank You!

Hehe, I was distracted with multiple diagrams, sorry for my stupid question about the CCS with 086 BCM.

The new BCM Max have the latest software and can manage everything as long as it is the right one for your car.

It will happen exactly like this:
viewtopic.php?f=56&t=58703&start=1080#p496280

You have to change the stalks by the ref indicated.

No, those stalks need a more advanced electrical installation.

Once we have the right BCM Max ...these are the steps to follow to correctly install the Bixenon headlights in...

Amarok 8K0, 8K1 (June 2012 - January 2013) Single cab, i.e. without rear doors.

Image

First step

Instrument cluster (IC) - BCM

Isolate separately original wires T32/28 and T32/29 IC connector.
Install two new 0.5 mm2 wires from:
T32/28 to T73b/54 BCM white connector.
T32/29 to T73b/57 BCM white connector.

Second step

Front parking/side lights

Left
Isolate original wire T10/10 headlight connector.
Install new 0.5mm2 wire from T10/10 headlight connector to T73b/5 BCM white connector.

Right
Isolate original wire T10/10 headlight connector.
Install new 0.5mm2 wire from T10/10 headlight connector to T73b/6 BCM white connetor.

DRLs

Isolate original T17/3 light switch connector. Remove fuses SC26 and SC27.
Install new 0.5mm2 wire from T17/3 to T73b/29 BCM white connector.

Left
Isolate original wire T10/4 headlight connector.
Install new 0.5mm2 wire from T10/4 headlight connector to T73b/3 BCM white connetor.

Right
Isolate original wire T10/4 headlight connector.
Install new 0.5mm2 wire from T10/4 headlight connector to T73a/5 BCM black connector.

Third step

SC fusebox (72 positions)
Image

BCM supply

Install new 2.5mm2 wire from SC53 fuse output to T73a/63 BCM black connector. New 25Amp fuse.
Install new 2.5mm2 wire from SC51 fuse output to T73b/68 BCM white connector. New 25Amp fuse.

Low Beam

Remove and isolate T17/7 light switch connector original wire.
Remove and isolate original input wires (yellow) from SC29 and SC55 fuses.

Left
Install new 1.5mm2 wire from T73a/2 BCM black connector to SC29 fuse input. Use the same fuse.
Right
Install new 1.5mm2 wire from T73b/2 BCM white connector to SC55 fuse input. Use the same fuse.

High Beam

Remove original 1.5mm2 wire (white/black) from SC30 fuse output.
Crimp/splice a new 0.5mm2 wire to this wire, carry this new 0.5mm2 wire to T73a/62 BCM black connector.
Install the original wire white black in its place/slot.

Lights for switches and instrument cluster/ 58 signal / Plate lights. (fix value)

Remove original wire T17/16 from light switch connector.
Cut the contact terminal and splice this wire (e.g. with a Butt terminal) to a new 1.0mm2 wire coming from T73b/4 BCM white connector.

With original T17/16 connected to T73b/4. (exclusively, as indicated)
Install a new 0.5mm2 wire from T17/16 light switch connector to T73a/45 BCM black connector (remove and isolate original T73a/45).

Fourth and last step

Code the new BCM Max according electrical installation. Once the electrical installation has been completed.

Old BCM coding (6R7 937 086 M)
640000380C210000002808102C4B84D40000410E60020000300000000000

New BCM coding (provisional, with new BCM Max)
640000380C21000000280CC12C4B84D42D00654E60021040300000020000

This new BCM coding will have to be modified if you installed the Cruise Control System or Static Cornering Lighs through fog lamps (recommended).
