Changing Steering Wheel on VW polo (s) 6r 2012

Hi,
I’m looking into changing my steering wheel as it’s plastics and I hate the feel of it.
I was hoping to be able to retrofit a flat bottom leather steering wheel without buttons...
What steering wheels will actually fit my polo?
Are all vw 6r steering wheels interchangeable? E.g could I put a gti steering wheel into it as long as it’s 6r?

yes you can replace it, but it will require a new (different) airbag.

No, this is a completely different airbag, I think you may be better looking for a Golf mk6 airbag.

I think it's better to look at an airbag from Polo 6C/ Golf Mk7 (part number starts with 5G0)
