No in your car the instrument cluster of not on the power train can network bit it has its own network in bcm max and high (7e0 937 089/090)
Take the can lines from the steering column wiring loom, orange with black and orange with brown.
After that it should work.

Hi iichel,

May I know how to identify the steering column wiring loom?

I agree with iichel in the diagnosis, like the doctors.

By the way, Polo Sedan with LED headlights. Very interesting (BCM coding).
The question is, is the BCM coding intact (from factory) for the lights?

Ah yes, now I see. 6C0 959 442A is with CC. google shows a lot of images with CC buttons but that's A.

I think we're going of topic a bit, but cc by mfs is connecting mfsw to t73b/36, setting byte 17 bit 2 and 29 bit 6 and finding out your abs doesn't like it, right?

No iichel, we already know all that long ago.
The/my real problem that I do not find a natural way to understand what you have written.

"then it's interesting why byte 17 bit 2 is on"

In this BCM coding the Byte17 Bit2 is not activated.
