Remap 1.8 GTI 6C manual

Post by GTIJake »

I'm thinking of getting a stage 1 remap for my Polo 1.8 Gti 6C manual but i dont want to risk it until ive heard some reviews from people who have had it done, so has anyone had it done? If so whats it like and is there any risks?
Thanks.

i've not had mine done yet (going straight to stage 3 lol)

if i was going to get a stage 1 i'd probably find my local APR dealer and get a map from there tbh

350+bhp for stage 3 hopefully.

Yeah quite a few new parts required for it but nothing more than bolt on stuff

I've been quoted £350 for a Stage 1 and it should take it up to 240bhp, he said it would benefit from fitting an exhaust system i just don't want a really loud boyracer exhaust lol

I'd like the exhaust to be louder but not too loud
