Hey all!
Firstly; I'm new to the forum so please let me know if I'm in the wrong/right place!
Secondly; I have a bit of a strange problem with my Polo that I can't seem to find anywhere else, so I was hoping someone here might know how to help...
My car has static cornering fog lights that come on when you turn the wheel as intended...except for the fact that when you turn left, the right fog comes on; and (you guessed it) when you turn right, the left light comes on!
I have no idea whether this is a coding issue, or just a case of being plugged in the wrong way round, so any thoughts/suggestions are welcome!
Thanks in advance

It's plugged the wrong way around. You'll need to remove two wires from the so called bcm and swap them over. That's the ideal solution.

Hello!
Thanks for the response, any idea how to access the BCM? And also any idea which wires they would be?
Sorry, I'm a noob!

Thanks for the welcome, Ciclo!
Ah ok, so I remove the white connector and swap terminal 9 & 10?
Presumably that eBay link is the tool I’ll need to do so?
Thanks!

Edit: should I disconnect the negative from the battery before I do this?
