There’s a set of 4 brand new ones here for £646.19 incl VAT;

They’re from a UK VW dealer’s online store. The part no is different to the one in the link posted by the OP, but they’re described as 16” Syenit’s, and definitely look like them.
I bought my wheels from this seller, and they provided excellent service; very quick response to queries and fast delivery.
