Voice command button problem

I have a mfsw in my 2013 6R polo match edition and I have RCD330plus radio installed. When I press the voice command button once it mutes the audio and when I hold it down for 2 seconds it also mutes the audio instead of bringing Siri or google assistant up. Also when using the normal radio and I press voice command, it says it cannot enable voice control?

Is there any way I can enable voice control via VCDS or is this just a problem with the software?
