Air con

Hi everyone had the air con recharged twice in the last 6 months on my polo gt last time they put a dye in,took it to the garage and it seems to be coming from the radiator at the front of the car my question is it easy enough to take the bumper off and change this your self or is it a garage job I’ve been quoted £310 for a new air con radiator from vw
