These will be your new codings once installed the wiring looms for BCM adaptation and automatic lights + CH/LH.

BCM Max
New coding
3A904BFF48A10000013806406FEB96904980600F608C2141220000030000

RLS
New coding
066800

Note1: if you enter these new codings before installing all the wiring you will have faults in the Autoscan.

Note2: it's possible that once the new codings are introduced, faults arise due to the installation of non-OEM lamps or other reasons. These faults will be corrected later by coding or replacement of non-OEM lamps.

BCM replacement: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... rol_Module

---

This is your installation guide:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... sp=sharing

Two small differences to keep in mind when reading the installation guide:
1- the T17/11 wire in light switch connector: your wire is yellow (not white). No problem.
2- SB34 fuse: your is 15Amp (not 20Amp). No problem.

Download the PDF file and please check it out on your personal computer/laptop, not on your smartphone.Thanks.

I'll make your wiring as soon as possible.

Thanks Ciclo. I took a quick glance and will go through again tomorrow.

I just wanted to remind you on the list of options I wish to be wired,

1. BCM max adaptation (7E0937090D)
2. Auto light with CH/LH
3. Fog light with DRL adaptation
4. No headlight mods for now (will upgrade to LED/Bi-xenon in future. So I wanted to know the wiring part here)
5. Dimmer cum headlight adjuster
6. Wiring for Steering wheel sensor to enable fog lights on turning the steering wheel (I may get the sensor separately)
7. other coding updates (auto close windows on detecting rain in both park mode / run, parking stalk, etc)

In the installation guide, the last step - license plate lights - is that mod needed? what will happen if we leave the current wiring.

Thanks again,
Sakthi

It will happen that plate lights will work through the new Dimmer with signal 58d, that is, they will increase/decrease their brightness as the backlight for interior lights. (LOL)
Is it possible? = yes.
Is it necessary to change the new BCM coding? = yes.
Is it legal in your country? NO, and nowhere.

It is the reason why a new wire is installed from T73b/7 up to the indicated point in the installation guide.
Your original wire/s at the indicated point will be white color (Vento). Hmm... it's very easy to do (10-20 minutes = right forever).

Will it cause any faults in autoscan if we don't make this change. If NO, then I will leave the current wiring for license plate lights. What do you think?

OK.

OK

3. Fog light with DRL adaptation
I never manufactured the wiring loom from BCM to DRLs. However the signal/wire for DRLs activation (T73b/29) is included in my wiring.
You can buy this wiring on eBay.

4. No headlight mods for now (will upgrade to LED/Bi-xenon in future. So I wanted to know the wiring part here)
I will provide you this information, but later. You also can buy this wiring on eBay or other websites.

5. Dimmer cum headlight adjuster
Do you already have the Dimmer? What part number have you bought?

6. Wiring for Steering wheel sensor to enable fog lights on turning the steering wheel (I may get the sensor separately)
I don't want to get involved in this retrofit. I will not manufacture this wiring. Sorry.
It can be very problematic.

7. other coding updates (auto close windows on detecting rain in both park mode / run, parking stalk, etc
It will be coded everything what is possible according to the installed equipments.
I will try to satisfy all your coding requirements 100%.

---

You know I'm doing you a favor by re-manufacturing these wires that were no longer for sale. The reason is your willingness and kindness.
My time to make wiring looms for others ended some time ago.

Please, make it easy, in the right way, and I will help you with my knowledges. Thanks Sakthi.

Ciclo, Regarding license plate lights - I will get the wiring now but will take a call on installing it now or at later.

Sorry to bug you much. I'm planning to install ESP little later hence the steering wheel sensor is vital for me. Please see if you can help with this wiring like you done for Govindsharma.

Your wiring is manufactured at 80%. 8)

---

Please tell me how and where have you connected the CAN lines for PDC? ... (related to the steering ring wiring)
An image of such connection/splice would be fantastic. Thanks.
(reason: 'm trying to improve your electrical installation, ...if possible)

Note: the new CAN lines for the instrument cluster (IC-BCM, CAN 'extended', WL1 in installation guide) must NEVER be attached to the original CAN lines for the instrument cluster (CAN powertrain -> for Engine, ABS, Steering ring, PDC, TPMS, etc).

---

Clarification to your question about the DRLs wiring:

You have to buy the DRLs wiring. This wiring consists in two parts:
1- The activation cable: From the light switch to the BCM.
2- The power cables: From the BCM to the DRLs.

What I meant, is that the DRLs activation cable is already included inside my wiring. That is, you don't have to reinstall it when you receive the DRLs wiring with BCM control buyed in other place.

The PDC lines are connected to CAN lines beside IC. Please see the below junction used to join the original CAN and PDC lines. I'm sorry I do not have the actual picture with me right now.

Can I assume you will include the wiring for steering ring also?

Got your point. Will ensure isolating the original CAN lines.

Wiring made 100%.

The additional wiring for the steering ring has an extra, I'll take pictures to explain here in your thread how to connect this wiring (pin assignment).

Then (after that) I'll contact you by private message, for the payment and shipping processes (easy and safe).

so, you don't have to isolate the original IC CAN lines or the wires you have in this moment inserted in T32/28 and T32/29, they must be inserted in the green connector.

I'm blessed. Thank you so much Ciclo  :D

Its 45 days the parts reached closer to me (yet to get delivered in a day or two). Now I'll have to wait for getting the wiring package. I pray god to deliver this asap :)

ps: It will be fantastic if I get the pdf instructions updated with fusebox numbers and other procedures, like you always do. I will have to keep that for years.
