TPK Music Device

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me, in the last couple of days my TPK Music device keeps cutting my radio off every few seconds, and voice over keeps saying, Head menu, voice commands, call Joe Bloggs, etc etc etc, it gets really annoying whilst listening to the radio or my ipod, keep cutting it off every time, this even happens when the bluetooth connection is switched off aswell..Any ideas whats causing it please!...Thanks!
