Good evening guys, I try to summarize as much as possible:
this summer buy a 1.6 tdi polo 75cv, I do the test lap and it seems perfect (no irregular minimum etc), after buying it using it I realize that, especially uphill, if I squash the 100% gas pedal big ticking of the injectors and the car does not accelerate, same thing on the highway under 2000 rpm great noise from the engine by the injectors.
i decide to re-flash the car from a person that I think (I thought?) competent, before doing this I decide to make the following changes to the car:
-new diesel filter
-bcm sports filter
-disassembly of the 4 injectors and cleaning in an ultrasonic tank with a suitable degreaser
mg / stroke before cleaning:
we see that especially the injectors n 2 and n3 have problems (too high), but accelerating slightly I discover that even the remaining two injectors rise in value not falling within the specifications (it should be maximum 0.5-1)
remove injectors:
this is n3 injector:
is the only one to be less dirty, now I could not figure out if it is the worst or the one that works well being the cleanes
next ultrasonic bath:
re-install injectors and check new value:
and they are practically perfect! , I say ok I can go to reprogram and I'll be quiet from this curse of the injectors!
tried to do a test, a cold car with a small throttle stroke and the car has an unstable minimum of twenty seconds as shown in the video:

any idea well accept thanks

Re: Polo 1.6 tdi injector problem
I think I have solved (at least temporarily), when the battery is removed the ecu loses the calibration and it takes about 500 km, after the beat it decreases a lot and the car goes much better, now I have disassembled the two (n2-n3) injector where through vcds were the worst, new copper gaskets and washers (slightly larger but perfect), no ticking and the car is better for the first start, I'll see how long it lasts, otherwise I buy new nozzle and change them since they are quite damaged these (not so much the tip but the rest), after the re-map are no longer impregnated with dirt as when I bought it, I probably impressed myself for nothing the map is more than good considering that I have just done 1400 km with about 60 liters of diesel (23km / l! at 110-130km/h)
