I have a problem with idle on a warm engine.

but sometimes idle turn to this
and how it sounds like

Its possible the DPF needs to be regenerated, mine used to do this when I first bought it, puzzled me at first till I regenerated the DPF, I used to just do about 20 miles a day so seen this quite allot.
You can buy a DPF cleaner spray where you remove the exhaust temp on the top of the DPF (when cold) then give it a 20 minute run should clean the system out.
Could also be the fuel you use, I only use shell Vpower combined with “millers diesel power ecomax” from Amazon never seen this issue since. Hope this helps

here, in Ukraine were sold without a particulate filter.
