Nice Jay looks like you have worked hard on getting it how you want it.

Do the anti roll bars make much difference?

Thank you! :)
Yes, the 20mm front anti-roll bar definetely makes a difference compared to the 18mm stock one.
Less rolling and a much more direct steering wheel are the main benefits.

I've just seen you have a 6C GTI.
You don't need to buy the 20mm rollbar, because your car already has the 20mm rollbar installed from factory. :)
If you want to update further, you can buy the Eibach or H&R 23mm rollbar.

Nice 6R Jay-Jay. Congrats! 8)

Did I ever mention that I know how to activate the GRA_High function on all 1.2 TSI CBZ A/B/C of VW group? (siemens or bosch)

Hey ciclo, thank you so much! [emoji2]
Yes, I followed all your progresses when you were learning how to activate it. I live in Rome and I drive in the city 99% of the time, so I'm not honestly interested in GRA function. But, if I'll ever change my mind, I know who I can ask to! [emoji1]

From what I've seen in the past years, your engine can handle a lot more power.
Yours is the 1.2TSI 110hp, underpowered to 90hp from factory.
So, the power increasement is the same of the 110hp version.
Just a good (custom) ECU remap can increase the power to ~140 hp (go check JBS Auto Design YouTube channel and you will see).
The reliability matter depends on many factors.
First of all, how the ECU remap is done (trust well known tuners and avoid "prepacked" remaps! Your engine deserves a custom remap).
Second, the maintenance and the way you drive and take care of the engine (always use good quality engine oil, replace it frequently, never push the engine when cold, let it sit for a while after heavy or highway driving, etc.).
From my experience with the older generation of 1.2TSI engine, I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the remap's results: I will never get back and I suggest everybody to do the same.
I have a friend with the same engine as yours, he remapped 20.000km ago and he thinks the same of me.
Plus to that, with the remap engine gets a nice boost in torque (especially at low revs), which enhances the all-around drivability and allows you to use the gearbox less than before!

In the while, I've just upgraded my suspensions from Bilstein B12 to Bilstein B14.
I decided to do it for a comfort reason.
Eibach Pro-Kit springs specific for my engine are not really good.
They can handle a front (static) axle Ioad up to 860kg and my car has a front load of 850kg. So they are at their limit and when driving over potholes, they simply can't handle the front dinamic load.
I once tried the heavier Eibach front springs (front axle load up to 940kg), but the front axle was too high and I wasn't able to lower it.

With the Bilstein B14 kit this problem is fixed, because the included springs are designed for a front static load up to 960kg, which is more than enough to avoid problems under front dinamic load situations. And plus to that, I can lower the front axle to make it a bit lower than the rear axle, as it should be.

Few pictures of the work I did by myself:

Plus to the comfort increasement, the handling has become a bit better as well. :)

More things to come... stay tuned! [emoji6]

A new video of the acceleration sound (with some pops and crackles).

When ASR activates (loosing traction), the exhaust produces a very loud crackle: unfortunately there was too much traffic when recording yesterday and I've not been able to make it do it.

Sounds good on my audio equipment, but I have no experience in these matters.
