Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
Ok, thanks a lot for the report.
Please, once you have installed the RLS let me know, we have to code the BCM and RLS (again), thank you.
It is recommended that you update or use another VCDS version to clear up/clarify some of the "detected bugs" in Autoscan with version 15.7.1 in other units.
However and as you can see in the real world everything works despite those bugs.
I am here in case you have new concerns about the lights.

No, for ALWR in Polo 6R with LED headlights, you must have a a different module with different parameterization.

AFS
In this CNK thread you have the correct parts for your POLO 6R:
https://www.drive2.ru/l/458163472711033418/
4. Auto leveling headlight system (AFS)
a) Axle sensor (6R0 941 273 B)
b) AFS unit (6R0 907 357 C)
c) Holder on rear axle (6R0 612 405)
d) adjustment of interior lighting, without manual headlight leveling (6Q0 941 334)
LED Headlights. Wiring.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1x2piv7 ... sp=sharing
Note
You should pay special attention to the position of the terminals on the connectors because it is not exactly the same as for Bixenon headlights.
---
In the link to the firegrafik thread indicated by iichel you have to take into account that he has a POLO SEDAN so the parts indicated for the AFS are not the same.
Attention:
Nobody, I repeat nobody , has been able to clarify if the parameterization (TinyQ) for the AFS unit for POLO SEDAN LED headlights is the same as for POLO 6R LED headlights.
I'm afraid it won't be the same parameterization.
However, if you buy the AFS unit with the PR code from the VW dealer, you will not have to parameterize it.
POLO 6R:
6R0907357C Z09 ... with ESP
6R0907357C Z0E ... with ABS (your case)
---
About your concern about the engine (CGGB), and as I already told you, you need an updated version of VCDS... 'ORIGINAL'. (everything can not be cheap or free )
However, you can read the engine by selecting 6R instead of CAN automatic detection when you make an autoscan.
It is possible that even in this way your engine is also not reached (your engine is a little out of date compared to the new BCM 7E0).

Yes, for ALWR, I bought the wiring from eBay. For LED headlights, I'd recommend to make your own wiring (a lot cheaper)

Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
Today I took a closer look at my problem with lights.
My BCM coding
3DB02BB828F3240092380090BC2B1CD01BC0660F60813041200000030000
DRL-OK
Parking light-OK
Low Beam -the left lamp turn on 1 second later than the right. The right lamp flashes two three times. This also happens while driving. Once in a while

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdEjUeVcnq8
High Beam= in position 4 OK
I also have a problem with blinking long traffic lights stallks. In the DRL position, Parking light-Long blinking works only on the right side:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXwFZwxO6LQ
Parking light and pulling the stalks into high beam and switching to the passing beam the left lamp turns on immediately. No delay.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pu6icGTrR90
When coding
3DB02BB828F3240092380090BC2B1CD01BC0660F608130C1200000030000
the same as above, but the right lamp flashes more often
Is this a broken light module 7PP941571AE?Tomorrow I will change headlight electronics power module - from left to right and from right to left

No it has nothing to do with the change in coding I provided. Perhaps you can code byte 18 differently to 66/73

Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
There is only one correct BCM coding for LED headlights that are factory installed.
This BCM coding depends entirely on the installation of the wiring, which must be in the same way as from factory... of the following components ... the fuse box, stalks, dimmer (if), BCM, headlights (modules) and AFS.
For a better understanding:
With BCM Max, there is two possible wiring installations.
- BCM Max until 2014 (7H0 except D)
- BCM Max from 2015 onwards (7E0). ...required for LED headlights...
Example:
- My 6R with Bixenon headlights and retrofitted automatic lights (7H0 wiring installation).
- My 6R with Bi+AL+ HBA (7E0 wiring installation).
Note: It is possible to make an electrical installation type 7H0 with a BCM Max 7E0 installed (which is more cheap and easy), but this type of wiring installation is not indicated for LED headlights.
BTW, I have yet to see anyone in the world who has retrofitted the LED headlights into a 6R with the correct BCM coding. Yes, yes... they work, but they don't have the correct BCM coding.
The first BCM codings for LED headlights on the 6R family PQ25 were seen online thanks to my good India friends.
I do not know what are the reasons why the LED headlights that have been retrofitted in the 6R have these problems shown in the videos, (many people report these problems), as you all know, I dont have LED headligths and I have not been able to study these problems with LED headlights in detail (in the real world), so I cannot provide correct coding depending on the installed wiring.
My recommendation is to ask for help from all those who retrofitted LED headlamps in the 6R family and solved all these reported problems.

Re: Polo 6R 09 1.4 85KM
Hello
I was able to solve the problem with the flashing light The module turned out to be a problem 7PP941571AE It probably had a different value than 7PP941571AE (Z01) I bought a used module extracted directly from the lamp
FULL LED polo 6c Waiting for one more module for the left lamp
thank you for all your help
