Few other additions to make driving experience better
1. Helix sound system
One of the most satisfying addition. Discover media+ Helix----> clean, crisp and theatre like sound effect.
Decided to buy trunk mount type, couldn't risk buying spare wheel type considering our road conditions here.
My heart felt thanks to Roman from Russia for helping me buy the system and Shakthi for providing his programming dongle to code the amplifier.
Also did door noise damping for better music experience and quieter cockpit.
2. OEM Door warning/exit lights
This addition was bit challenging and risky considering the risk of spoiling the door pads.
The front and back door pads in 6R Polo IND have different design, I had to modify the lights accordingly to fit them.
Satisfied with the outcome.. came out well and now getting in and out during dark is easy and effortless.
Must install canbus leds or stock incandescent bulbs to prevent faint afterglow after closing the door.
Pictures:
Except engine bay I have light everywhere now.

Oh, its possible to control heating of mirrors with BCM, interesting will try this definitely, thanks iichel for sharing additional information.
If mirror switch is left in heating position unnoticed, them mirrors will be heating indefinately.. makes sense of having auto cutoff like heated windshield/rear defogger.

Master thank you for your appreciation and hug
MKE(Fatigue detect)
Finally MKE got activated first time after enabling the feature, during my long drive back home from work during lockdown.
I had a privileged exemption to travel to work/home during lockdown.. it was a treat to drive on long long empty stretch of express ways.
I noticed that, using cruise control repeatedly during long drives triggers fatigue detect alarm early and more frequently.
MKE got activated on almost all occasions of my long drives, usually between 200 to 400km of continuous driving.

Yes, your stock BCM( BCM High I presume) does support side mirror heating. Infact all types of BCM, low, high, max etc.. all support mirror heating.
You need new side mirrors RHD with heating support. part numbers 6R0 857 521H(passenger) and 6R0 857 522H(driver)
You also need new mirror switch (mirror fold+ heating) for RHD, part number 6R2 959 565E. Alternatively, easy and cheap way is you can buy both mirrors and switch from aliexpress.
I can prepare heated mirror wiring for you if you want. I suggest you to post recent VCDS autoscan and fusebox picture of your car to start with.
thanks.

Search for parts number I've mentioned in previous post.
For example..
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Left-Electri ... 3346994967
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Right-Electric ... 371?_ul=IN
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-POLO-NEW- ... 4189265118
Good luck

Re: Patil's 6R RHD Heated side mirrors wiring
I'm looking for the wiring diagram for my electric mirror connector (6R0972930) that plugs into 6R2959565D however it is wired differently to the post above and the diagrams I can find online.
I think I have matched some wires but not all.
