Re: Charging battery?
Cheers. I'm sure I've actually looked at those at some point in the past. Generally the car is always in use so I've put off getting one. It's just that with all the stuff that is going on at the moment it might just be prudent to bite the bullet and get one.Mikeso51 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 12:30 pm Sorry got a typo in the URL. Re: Charging battery?
Another quick question. Car has stood for for a while now, so is there a fuse I can pull that will let me crank it without it actually starting. Just to get some oil up and around the bits it should be. Or am I being a bit OTT.

Re: Charging battery?
Hopefully being a bit OTT, I have concerns about not using my Audi S4 at least once a month for at least a 15 each way trip, but I will need to accept that unless I use it to go to the supermarket for food, during this situation! It sleeps connected to a CTEK and has done since late 2013!

Re: Charging battery?
Bit of a thread resurrection. But if I replace a battery does the 6R require the battery to be recoded to the car, or is it an old fashioned straight swap. (Std battery)
