Polo R-Line Rear Bumper Diffuser Part Number?

Hi Guys,

Can anybody help me with the rear bumper diffuser part number that comes on the Polo R-Line?

I noticed that this diffuser is similar to the one that comes on The WRC model with a single cut out for an exhaust tailpiece, which is what I need.

Will this diffuser work on the 6R GTi/ WRC Bumper?
