Polo 6r manual mirror upgrade

Hello, I have just bought a 2010 1200s vw polo I also have a damaged 1.2 SE I’d like to upgrade my s with the electric mirrors. I have all the parts on the donor car. I have changed the door loom and added the mirror and the control switch, the indicator is fully working but I’m having problems getting the electric adjustment to work. Can anybody help me with this problem am I missing anything do I need to add any relay or fuses any help would be appreciated thank you!

Could you also swap the front window motors and see what happens?

I took the front window motor off and added it to my car but still no movement it might be the mirror.

Do you have something like VCDS or another diagnostic tool?

Maybe your wires are wrong. Do you have diagrams for pinouts?

I doubt it since he took a full wiring loom from a donor car

What about fuse values, do they need to go up?
