Bluetooth and USB FeC/SWaP code temporarily rejected

Hi guys - new to the forum (there's some great stuff on here, keep up the good work)
I currently have a 2016 VW Polo 1.0L Match edition. The car was bought a week ago from the VW dealership and I have booked in to see them towards the end of next month - but of course if it's a simple fix I could do it myself.
Having some problems with bluetooth that I hope someone could help me with.
Pressing the phone button on the head unit shows "Telephone not available"
In the media option, selecting bluetooth shows "Unable to switch on bluetooth"
I've tried reseting the unit, no luck.
In the FeC/SWaP codes installed codes menu, it shows 00050000(Bluetooth?) and 00030000(USB?) as temporarily rejected.
Had anyone has similar issues before and found a solution? Am I right in assuming that there is some sort of CP on the modules?
Also noticed that in the supported codes section, that the navi code is supported but the screen has no navi option, is it possible that the screen was replaced - and when they did so they didn't remove the CP on the USB and Bluetooth?
