Hello,
Today i Decided to clean the anti shudder valve ( diesel throttle body) and pipe that leads from it to "EGR", ofc. it was dirty and restrictive up.
My confusion is do I need to Adapt it like on petrol cars ? In Engine, Basic Setting I only have a option of Test of throttle body ( it doesnt want to start), the issue is that shudder valve is making noise like its trying to learn it values. I get no fault codes, and car starts normal, it's responsive to actuating the throttle.
Can someone explain? I didnt move the valve while cleaning, I was careful.
I just don't understand the noise part...

Re: 1.6 TDI Anti shudder Valve
All fine, Ignition On accelerator full way down 10s, off remove key. Start the car.
