Hi guys new to the forum...
I've got a 2015 polo 6c which Ive done a full genuine gti conversion to.
Can anyone help or assist on headlights.
Stock they were halogen but now have fitted the led headlights.
I've converted the plug from 10pin to 14 pin.
And changed coding to accept led headlights.
Currently low beam high beam and indicators all work. But struggling on pin configuration for drl and cornering if possible.
Also the gti bumper now has foglights. Any wiring help or trick would be of great help.
I've also got a bcm from a polo gti which had the headlights.
Thanks

Re: Polo gti led headlight retrofit
Coding is very closely related to the adapter you have. I can make 10 kinds of adapters from 10 to 14 pins and every adaptor also has its own coding.
Re: Polo gti led headlight retrofit
Thanks for the quick response. Are you able to get me or configure a diagram so I can get the drls in headlights working along with foglights and cornering lamps.
Thanks
Thanks

Hi Ilchel are you able to give any assistance thanks
Re: Polo gti led headlight retrofit
here is the wiring diagram comparing the halogen wiring to the LED wiring.
As fare as I can see, you just need to wire the L174 DRL that is in the fog light to the L176 (pin 12) in the LED headlight.
Pin 8 black and white wire is the vehicle voltage for the range control motor but I have no idea what the red/white wire in pin 14 does.
Even in the Onboard supply control unit 173a harness connector this wire has no function.
